Burns talks about his experiences as a court reporter during World War II with the 46th General Hospital in Algeria and with the 5th Army, 88th Infantry Division, Judge Advocate General section, in Italy. He recalls his career as a stenographer in Oregon before the War and a court reporter after the War.
