Description

Jack Clinton, D.M.D., former Dean of the OHSU School of Dentistry, details his life and work in the field of dentistry and dental education. Clinton describes how he came to be on the faculty at the UODS (now the OHSU School of Dentistry) shortly after receiving his D.M.D., mentioning notable figures of the school, Drs. Kenny Cantwell and Louis Terkla. Clinton describes teaching in the dental school clinic as well as his role in the evolution of the dental school curriculum, involvement with the dental hygiene program, Admissions Committee, and the Dental Careers Institute.
