Patient ledgers from the Multnomah County Hospital Obstetrics Department dating from 1932 to 1937 (ledger 3 of 4 in the series). Ledgers tracked patient admissions and multiple types of birth statistics, but have been redacted as needed to protect patients' Personal Health Information (PHI).
