Blue cardboard box, measuring 5.5 cm x 4.3 cm x 2.2 cm. Box in fair condition. Box held two stemmed amber glass vials containing 1 cc epinine. Box and vials were donated by Good Samaritan Hospital Pharmacy, Portland, Oregon.
