Syringe in a leather case. The leather case measures 16 x 5.8 x 2.5 cm, and is lined with purple velvet. The metal and glass syringe is cased with two needles and one coupling piece, and measures 13.5 x 5 cm. Both case and syringe are in generally fair condition. The item was removed in 2003 for hazardous material disposal. The kit was donated by Simeon Josephi, M.D.
