Abstract

As well as using an open ended Q and A method of gleaning where attendees are in their current evaluation systems/formats, this presentation will utilize a group activity in which attendees view, discuss, and overhaul evaluations based on what has already been discussed. It will address the importance of including a representative group of educators in the development of evaluations to create buy-in for the whole process. The basic step by-step process for the development and dissemination of evaluations that have been streamlined over time will be shared. Evolution of quantity and quality of data collected since updating the program process will be reviewed in closing.
