Oregon Fatality Assessment and Control Evaluation (OR-FACE) is a project funded by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health at the Oregon Institute of Occupational Health Sciences. The overall goal of the OR-FACE program is to better understand fatal incidents in order to help save the lives of other workers in similar situations.
