Black leather case with snap closures and red fabric lining. Apparently once held an apparatus, but all that remains is a coil of green electrical cord and miscellaneous parts. Also contains a printed document from the Chicago Savings Bank. The case was donated by A.E. MacKay, M.D., in August 1943, and is in fair condition.
