Digital photograph of pieces of a cystoscope in the original case. The case has been opened to reveal the velvet-lined interior. The manufacturer label can be read on the inner lid, and the remaining instrument pieces are shown laid in the case. The red and green electric cords and spare light bulbs can clearly be seen.
Black cloth-covered case containing pieces of a cystoscope. The purple velvet-lined case measures 32 cm x 11.5 cm x 5 cm, and has metal clasps. The inner lid has a swinging cover which bears the manufacturers label: Wappler E.C.C., New York. The set lacks the cystoscope, but currently contains: 1) two spare light bulbs, 2) two spare rubber tips, 3) green electric zip cord, 4) red-rubber coated cord. The case and contents were donated in August 1943 by A.E. Mackay, M.D.
