Description
Small, paper-wrapped package of Cramp Bark (Viburnum opulus) pieces. As the name suggests, this plant is used for relief from muscle spasms, menstrual cramps, and pregnancy cramps. It is also used as a kidney stimulant and for reducing swollen glands.
