An "orifiscope" donated by G.W. Tamiesie, M.D., in February 1957. The instrument is in an unlined black leather case measuring 15 x 11 x 3.5 cm. The folding case has a snap closure and a removable tray covered with green velvet. The set contains: 1) headband attachment with cloth strap, 2) nasal wire speculum, 3) ear speculum attachment, 4) extension attachment, 5) tongue depressor attachment, 6) magnifying attachment, and 7) battery pack and light assembly. The kit is in good condition, with minor wear to the outer case.
