This paper compares the 2015 and 2021 state and national ADIs, published by Neighborhood Atlas/University of Wisconsin, with acute and chronic health measures: COVID-19 infection rate, COVID-19 hospitalization rate, Hemoglobin A1c, number of diabetes encounters, Body Mass Index, and number of obesity encounters.
