Abstract

Computed tomography (CT) is a widely used diagnostic imaging modality which is also commonly used for radiation therapy simulation and planning. This work compares two commercially available image reconstruction algorithms designed to remove metal artifacts from CT images by analyzing 2D radiomic image features of phantom images with metal inserts.
