A spinal manometer, measuring 12.5 x 7 x 3 cm. The metal case holds a metal and glass syringe and a hypodermic needle along with the gauge. Part of the original apparatus is missing. The item was donated by the estate of Laurence Selling, M.D., in November 1964.
