Despite the potential value of rehabilitation services in promoting independence and preventing falls among the aging population, there are currently no established home-based rehabilitation programs for patients within the Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (BDMS) hospital network. This gap represents a missed opportunity to address the growing demand for accessible and convenient care solutions tailored to the unique needs of older adults in Thailand. The Revive and Thrive capstone was coalesced around the feasibility of building a rehabilitation at home program in Bangkok Thailand to meet these needs. The capstone team was not only able to demonstrate feasibility of a rehabilitation at home program but also was able to provide two different models to meet the needs of the older adult population as well as the marketing and strategic needs of BDMS.
