A ten-bladed brass scarifier in a box, measuring 6 x 5.5 x 6.5 cm. The wooden box is covered with brown leather and has a red velvet lining. The manufacturers label is on the lid. The case and instrument were donated by R.C. Faust, M.D., from Eugene, Oregon. The box is missing its hinges, but the instrument is in good condition.
