For several years, I have been increasingly interested in learning the work of Public Health officials, now as I am nearing the end of my short time as a student nurse, I am anxious to further my ever un­satisfied knowledge of their work. This thesis, through my interest in these different topics or problems under Public Health, is an endeavor to stimulate their interest in their work and allow them to see the rapid growth and splendid development.
