Abstract
This dissertation aims to present technological and therapeutic innovations to meet clinical needs in the field of cancer detection and treatment. The presented work revolves around small biologics, essentially peptides, that have been leverage to develop non-invasive liquid biopsy applications. The second and last chapter of this research focus on therapeutic application, using peptide therapeutic to mitigate age-related dysfunctions, as well as metastatic and therapy-induced tissue disorders.
