In this interview, John Kitzhaber M.D., talks about his time as Oregon's 35th governor. (This interview took place in 2006; he was governor from 1995 to 2003, and again from 2011 to 2015.) In this interview, Kitzhaber, a physician by training, discusses legislation relating to medical issues, healthcare reform, the development of the Oregon Health Plan, and many fellow political comrades.
