Postpartum anemia is a prevalent condition that can significantly affect maternal recovery and quality of life, yet patient screening and management remain inconsistent. This quality improvement project aimed to standardize postpartum anemia screening, treatment, and patient education in a midwifery practice within a large academic health center in the Pacific Northwest by implementing an evidence-based clinical guideline.
