Abstract

Burnout is a syndrome that results from unmanaged chronic workplace stress and is recognized in the 11th Revision of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11). A survey was conducted across the VA medical system to assess burnout rates among Clinical Nurse Research Associates (CNRAs). The aim of the survey was to determine the general prevalence of burnout within this population.
