Abstract

This paper examines stress and burnout among CRNAs in Oregon, exploring how these issues affect both providers and patient care. It draws on existing research to underscore the urgency of the problem and the need for targeted, systemic interventions. The analysis aims to inform strategies that support CRNA well-being and ensure a sustainable anesthesia workforce.
