Abstract

This project piloted a telehealth-delivered cognitive rehabilitation intervention, Motivationally Enhanced Compensatory Cognitive Training for Addictions (ME-CCT-A), to support Veterans with alcohol use disorders in initial and early remission who experience cognitive difficulties. The study aimed to assess feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary efficacy, showing high participant satisfaction and promising improvements in subjective functioning, compensatory strategy use, and quality of life.
