Abstract
This work focuses on developing visible-light optical coherence tomography systems for high-resolution, noninvasive imaging of the cornea and anterior segment of the eye. The research progressed from a point-scan configuration, which demonstrated cellular-level structural detail, to a line-field configuration that enabled faster volumetric imaging.
