Abstract

Psychiatric prescribing in the corrections context is complicated by many factors. At one county correctional facility in rural Oregon, a psychiatric medication management policy was developed with the intention of standardizing the psychiatric medication management process and enhancing multidisciplinary collaboration in the care of incarcerated persons.
