This quality improvement project aimed to increase compliance with AIMS screening for patients receiving antipsychotic medication in an urban community mental health clinic. Using the IHI Model for Improvement, the project implemented nurse education and workflow supports to improve screening practices and strengthen early identification of tardive dyskinesia.
