Abstract

This quality improvement project focused on measuring staff fidelity to the Collaborative Problem Solving model and identifying barriers to sustained implementation. Conducted at two outpatient child and adolescent psychiatric clinics, the project utilized two Plan-Do-Study-Act cycles and a mixed-methods approach to assess fidelity, burnout and perceived competence.
