Abstract

This project resulted in the design of a 24-module, opt-in longitudinal curriculum intended to help medical students move from recognizing structural barriers to incorporating them into interviewing, documentation, assessment, and feasible care planning. By integrating a Structural Differential Diagnosis into SOAP-based clinical reasoning, the proposed Structural SOAP framework offers a practical method for making underserved care more actionable within everyday clinical training.
