A Bock-Benedict colorimeter. The instrument is now housed in a case that is not original to it. The unlined wood case measures 35 x 18 x 17 cm, and may have originally held a microscope or other laboratory apparatus. The colorimeter itself is missing some parts, but a spare reflecting mirror is present. The mirrors have deteriorated to some extent.
