A Shelton electric vibrator in the original case. The black cloth-covered case has a red cloth lining. The manufacturers printed guarantee is affixed to the inner lid. The electric vibrator has a pistol grip and electric connector cord. The instrument is missing five attachment pieces, and the electric wiring is in poor condition. The case has a hole in the right corner of the lid.
