Medical Museum Collection, Box 114
A reddish brown leather instrument case, measuring 30.5 x 9.5 x 10 cm. The tan leather-lined case has a metal handle and clasp closure. The manufacturers label is affixed to the inner lid. The interior is divided into five compartments. The original case contents are not present. The case contains: 1) two glass bottle with glass stoppers, 2) Y-shaped glass tubing, 3) two rubber stoppers with double tubes, stamped #5, and 4) four sections of rubber tubing. The rubber has hardened, but the case is in good condition. It was donated by J.M. Batcheller, M.D.
