The aim of this study was to examine the factors associated with an increased risk of disability in older adults with fibromyalgia (FM) and to identify elements that enhance physical function and promote overall health. Specific objectives included exploring pain, function, and resilience; identifying predictors of physical function; and assessing resilience as a moderating factor.
