Digital scan of a photograph of Beatrice Gerlinger who established the Louis and Beatrice Lee Gerlinger Chair in Surgery and Surgical Research in 1975. This was the first fully endowed chair at the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. The photograph originally ran with a story announcing the endowment in the July 1975 UOHSC News.
