Abstract
Eosinophils, immune cells traditionally associated with allergic inflammation, are increasingly recognized for their interactions with the nervous system. In this study, we examined how eosinophils influence sensory neuron structure. Our findings show that eosinophils promote increased branching of sensory neurons, suggesting a direct role in modulating neuronal growth and connectivity. This interaction may contribute to heightened sensory responses observed in inflammatory conditions and offers new insight into immune‑neural communication.
