Abstract
This DNP portfolio highlights the transformation of an advanced practice nurse into a well-rounded clinician skilled in practice, research, leadership, and innovation. Key projects include implementing a documentation system that improved coding compliance and led to EMR adoption, securing NHSC site status for enhanced recruitment, and organizing a county-wide health fair for underserved populations. The Clinical Inquiry Project examined barriers to inpatient NP credentialing in rural Oregon, revealing discipline-specific concerns and opportunities for policy reform. Case studies and scholarly papers demonstrate evidence-based practice and global health awareness, positioning the DNP as a leader in improving care across systems.
