Abstract
Graphic narratives—visual stories that blend images and text—offer a powerful approach to enhancing communication, reflection, and empathy in interprofessional medical education. This presentation explores the value of graphic narratives across the educational continuum, beginning with strategies for integrating narrative techniques into premedical learning to strengthen observation skills and clinical awareness. Participants will be introduced to the graphic narrative resources available through the BICC and will learn practical methods for using interprofessional graphic narratives as instructional tools. By the end of the session, attendees will be able to identify and apply graphic narrative techniques that enrich teaching, support learner engagement, and expand their own educational portfolios.
