Abstract

Research has shown that there are health disparities depending on a patient's race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, insurance status, and other attributes. Although studies examining disparities in the delivery of preventive services have been conducted, none have examined the possibility of variations in chlamydia screening based on patient primary language using data from electronic health records (EHRs).
