Cancer-Related Fatigue (CFR) can be a significantly debilitating side effect of cancer treatment. Clinical Practice Guidelines recommend physical activity as a means to reduce CRF in pediatric oncology patients. The challenge, however, is in translating this evidence into clinical care.
