This dissertation characterizes B-cell mediated immune responses to RNA viruses of clinical importance. Specifically, I examine the responses to dengue virus (DENV), chikungunya virus (CHIKV), and the newly emerged severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).
