Gender differences in presentation of heart failure (HF) remain understudied despite the HF population being equally divided between women and men. The purpose of this manuscript-style dissertation is to explore gender differences in symptoms and frailty in heart failure (HF), including the consideration the relationship of reproductive system events among women with HF with symptoms and frailty.
