Abstract

Between 2013 and 2016 15.1% of individuals between ages 20-34 tested positive for for at least one strain of HPV, which could have been prevented by the 9-valent HPV vaccine. The goal of Healthy People 2030 is to reduce the number of preventable cases of HPV from 15.1% to below 8.6%.
