Current treatments for FTD mitigate some behavioral changes, but there are no therapies that prevent or slow the progression of the disease. Profiling the epigenetic changes in FTD disease-associated Tau expressing Drosophila will help to elucidate the nuclear mechanisms of mutant Tau and yield insight into FTD disease progression.
