Illustration shows (a & a') upper and lower deep heads of the pretarsal muscles; (b & b') upper and lower deep insertions of the preseptal muscles; (c& c') upper and lower insertions of the superficial heads of pretarsal muscles; (d & d') upper and superficial parts of the preseptal muscles; (e) superciliaris muscle insertion; (e' & f) orbital parts of the orbicularis oculi muscle; (g) medial canthal tendon; and (h) junction of canaliculi at the lacrimal diaphragm.
